Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue

This hotel was what we needed at the end of a long tour. The hotel is directly connected to an upmarket shopping center (which was useful to replace a damaged suitcase!) which also has a good cinema and plenty of good, varied restaurants. Beware that at the time of writing you still need to wear a mask to enter the shopping center. The hotel itself is really nice with a compact but classy lobby and lift area. The staff were very professional and helpful, especially ordering taxis. The rooms were very smart and had an exceptionally comfortable bed. The rooms are also well equiped with coffee machine etc. The shower/toilet area was very nicely designed with a button to make the glass see-through or not. The room was light, but not with best of views of the city..

The room we booked was extremely spacious and it was very comfortable for my wife and I. It has all the facilities that we needed, and most importantly it was really clean!! Another thing that we enjoyed the most was the breakfast. The selection was world class and the quality of the material was really good, really fresh. If this swissôtel really tries to embody the Swiss philosophy into this hotel, it definitely succeeds, I can see so many Swiss way of thinking in this hotel. Well done and keep the high standard up!

(5/5) EXCELLENT This is my first time at Swissotel Jakarta PIK Avenue Hotel which is located at Pantai Indah Kapuk Boulevard PIK Avenue, Kamal Muara, Jakarta 14470 Indonesia. Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue is the newest premium hotel in Jakarta. Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue is a luxurious 5-star hotel that offers more than 400 rooms and suites. The hotel is only 15 minutes’ drive from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport and has direct access to PIK Avenue Mall. The hotel offers authentic dining at The Chinese National and vitality-inspired Pürovel Spa & Sport. The management and all members put their customers at the highest priority. The hotel reflects Swiss Hospitality and the highest service quality. We booked 3 x Premier Rooms out of which one was upgraded free of charge to Suite. The rooms are only 27m2 and they have air conditioning. The food is very good and the staffs are extremely supportive. We were offered an extra bed free of charge. The only downside is the fact that elevators (lifts) are slow compared to other hotels. We also hoped that we could get a bay view. We were celebrating our 15 wedding anniversary and the hotel has prepared our 2 connected rooms and the upgraded suite to reflect our celebration. Our amazing experience started with the great reception of the hotel management and staff. Welcome drinks and Cold towels were offered as soon as we arrived. Since it was our first time at the hotel, we were offered a special scarf for each of the family members. Free well-designed Cake with 15th anniversary and fruits, as well as drinks, were provided at our suite. The bed was decorated for honeymooners. The Breakfast was delicious at the Restaurant. The hotel management and all team members have made our stay exceptional and therefore we cannot forget our great experience in this hotel.

The restaurant inside; The Chinese National, was awesome! Also good help from the staff and very friendly overall. Besides that, the hotel is located in a very safe and vibrant area. Easy to go to Chinatown and explore this part of Jakarta.

The location was great — conveniently attached to a mall where food & entertainment can be found. The neighbourhood is bustling with life and the room feels sweet and cosy. The lobby, corridors & general decor / lighting were intimate and the view of the district was good.
